1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (AEST) may be processed the following business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship across Australia using reliable courier and postal services. Estimated delivery times are:

- Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high demand periods.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight/size of your order.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship within Australia.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes—please provide a valid residential or business address.
- Heavy or oversized items may be subject to additional shipping charges or alternative delivery arrangements.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package is lost, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
7. Local Pickup
We do not currently offer in-store pickup. All orders are shipped directly from our distribution center.
