Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: Items marked as “Final Sale” or customized/special order parts are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
Contact us at [Insert Email Address] with your order number and reason for return.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide a return authorization if applicable.
Send the item(s) back to the address provided, using a trackable shipping service.
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
Refund
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using your original method of payment. Please allow: 3–5 business days for inspection after item is received 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at admin@airfittings.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. Please include: Photos of the damaged item and packaging Your order number and full name
